NHOA Weekly Updates (April 10, 2020)
Dear Members of the Association,
The health, safety and welfare of our community have always been our paramount priority. In view of the prevailing Enhanced Community Quarantine which took effect at 12:00AM on March 17, 2020, we would like to update our members on the measures we have been implementing to safeguard the best interest of all our residents during this health crisis.
Our deployment remains intact with a total of 24 security personnel, 20 grounds maintenance personnel and 2 technicians on site that continue to provide service as our frontliners to ensure our property is operational and secure. We thank our members for the outpour of support we receive for the staff.
Our mitigation and control measures remain consistent as we do temperature screening, access control and regular sanitation at the admin office, common areas, hallways, and on surfaces that our residents may be in contact with. These activities help prevent the risk of spread within our property. We urge your support and understanding on these programs as these are truly intended for your safety.
