NHOA Weekly Updates (May 1, 2020)

Dear Valued Residents,

Last April 24, the government announced the further extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) until May 15 in areas with “high-risk” COVID-19 infections to stop the spread of the virus in the country. With the “Malasakit” mindset and dedication of our property staff to help alleviate the discomforts of the current situation, below are some community services our Property Management Team initiated for our community.

  1. Mobile Market (Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday) – Fresh vegetables, fruits and produce that are good sources of natural vitamins and immune-boosters from the nearby market
  2. Royal Duty Free Weekly Delivery Service – For grocery items not available in the Mobile Market

We also seek your understanding on the strict enforcement of the home quarantine program and the safety measures on face masks, self-declarations, mandatory thermal screening at entrance gates, temporary suspension of entry of guests and strict implementation of market day schedule and curfew hours as required by the LGU. These measures are intended to ensure the safety of all occupants of the property and these have proven to be very effective so far in keeping our property safe. We seek your full support on these for your own benefit and also for the benefit of the whole community.

We wish all of our residents to stay safe and healthy. Happy Labor Day!

NHOA Weekly Updates (April 17, 2020)

Dear Valued Residents,

Last April 7, the government announced the further extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) until April 30 with the objective of managing the peak of the virus spread in our country. Although the situation has changed the way we all eat, live and work, the resilient nature of our residents to adapt and the “Bayanihan” mindset of our community allowed us to mitigate the effects of the crisis on our community. With the “Malasakit” mindset and dedication of our property staff to help alleviate the discomforts of the current situation, we will continue to provide security to our assets and residents, ensure guaranteed utilities to support your stay at home, assurance on available emergency support and the personalized daily assistance to the residents.

We also seek your understanding on the strict enforcement of the home quarantine program and the safety measures on face masks, suspension of entry of guests, construction works/renovation works suspension, thermal screening at entrances, market day schedule and curfew hours as required by the LGU. These measures are intended to ensure the safety of all occupants of the property and these were proven to be very effective so far in keeping our property safe. We seek your full support on these for your own benefit and also for the benefit of the whole community.

We wish all of our residents to stay safe and healthy.

NHOA Weekly Updates (April 10, 2020)

Dear Members of the Association,

The health, safety and welfare of our community have always been our paramount priority. In view of the prevailing Enhanced Community Quarantine which took effect at 12:00AM on March 17, 2020, we would like to update our members on the measures we have been implementing to safeguard the best interest of all our residents during this health crisis.

Our deployment remains intact with a total of 24 security personnel, 20 grounds maintenance personnel and 2 technicians on site that continue to provide service as our frontliners to ensure our property is operational and secure.  We thank our members for the outpour of support we receive for the staff.

Our mitigation and control measures remain consistent as we do temperature screening, access control and regular sanitation at the admin office, common areas, hallways, and on surfaces that our residents may be in contact with.  These activities help prevent the risk of spread within our property. We urge your support and understanding on these programs as these are truly intended for your safety.
We invite all owners and residents to visit our website for regular updates and briefs from our office. Here is the link for your reference: www.anvayacovenhoa.com

We hope that you remain safe and secure with your family and loved ones.  Thank you for your continuous support and prayers.
